Terms of Service
Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of this store, hereinafter simply referred to as Well Store, and, on the other side, the customer of Well Store, identified at the time of product purchase, hereinafter simply referred to as Customer.
Considering that Well Store sells products and services via the Internet; Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by Well Store (“Products”) through its sales channels; This agreement aims to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the Customer on the Well Store website.
Confidentiality: It is the responsibility of Well Store to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker attacks through the “Site Blindado” seal.
Customer Service (SAC): The Customer has access to this service to answer questions, resolve requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. SAC can be contacted via phone or the site form.
III. Delivery Policy:
The delivery time for Products is informed during the purchase process, counted in business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Exceptionally, some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
III.I – Verifying the product dimensions is the Customer’s responsibility, who must ensure they fit within the spatial limits of elevators, doors, and corridors at the delivery location. Assembly, disassembly, carrying products through stairs, doors, or windows, or tossing the delivery will not be performed.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the provided address on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between attempts. It is essential that a person authorized by the Buyer, over 18 years old, and with an ID, be present to receive and sign for the delivery. If three attempts fail, the order will return to Well Store’s Distribution Center.
III.III – After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance, or priority delivery.
III.IV – The delivery time informed during the purchase process considers stock, region, invoice issuance, and product preparation time. With each order status update, Well Store’s system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
III.V – Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.
III.VI – Well Store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the premises; deliver by alternative means (e.g., hoisting products through windows); perform product installation or maintenance; open product packaging; deliver to an address different from that on the DANFE; deliver to minors or without ID.
III.VII – Well Store is not responsible for goods being held by SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the Customer’s pending obligations. In such cases, the Customer must appear at the tax office to release the merchandise, as information regarding releases and payments is provided only to the interested parties.
Right of Withdrawal:
The Customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal to return the Product under the following conditions: the withdrawal period is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt; in case of return, the Product must be returned to Well Store in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), manual, and all accessories.
IV.I – The Customer must request the return via Customer Service (SAC) or directly through the Control Panel under “cancel order.” Any collection or shipping expenses will be covered by Well Store.
IV.II – Upon arrival at the Distribution Center, Well Store will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, a full refund will be processed.
IV.III – For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will appear in the next or subsequent billing cycle in full, regardless of the number of installments used. The card issuer is responsible for charging remaining installments after the full refund. If future installments are charged, the Customer will not bear any cost, as Well Store refunds the full amount in a single transaction.
IV.IV – For payments via bank slip or account debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the Customer’s individual account. The CPF of the account holder must match the Customer.
