Not satisfied? Exchanges and Returns at Well Store

Here at Well Store, we want our customers to be happy. We want the products to bring a wave of joy when they arrive at your home so that you keep coming back.

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your issue, following some simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Regret and Withdrawal

In the case of exchanges or returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but does not please the customer, you have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request a return via phone or email.

How to proceed with a return or exchange due to regret:

  1. Contact Well Store support via email: wellstoreeoficial@gmail.com.

  2. Send the product via postal service (we cover the return cost using PAC shipping) to the sender's address (Well Store). Important: The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, without broken seals (if any), and accompanied by all accessories included.

Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions by Well Store, you may choose:

  • Receive a store credit at Well Store for the full amount paid, which can be used immediately for another purchase or within 6 months for a future purchase.

  • Receive a refund for the product using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address provided by the company, and only then will the refund be processed.

Well Store is not responsible for exchanging any product whose defect was caused by misuse or for requests made outside the specified deadlines.

We provide the measurements of our products in centimeters to avoid errors in size selection. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to make exchanges due to customer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to request exchanges only in case of defective products.

Other occurrences

All the situations described above, and any others that may occur, must be communicated to Well Store by phone or email: wellstoreeoficial@gmail.com.

Products returned without prior communication, after the deadline, or missing items/accessories may be sent back without prior consultation.

In addition, if any of the situations below occur, the product must be refused upon delivery:

  • Opened or damaged packaging;

  • Damaged product;

  • Product different from the order;

  • Missing accessories.

If you still receive the product under any of these conditions, please contact Well Store support within 72 hours from receipt.
