Delivery Time and Tracking
The delivery time to any location in the United States ranges from 2 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.
Please note that we provide the tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option WITH tracking code at the time of shipping selection. If the tracking does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of these:

Tracking codes usually take 5 to 10 business days to be provided by our suppliers to you, the customer.
We will issue a refund for purchases that are lost or exceed 90 days after payment confirmation without delivery.
Delivery time may vary depending on the efficiency of the USPS and customs, but it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks on average, with a maximum delivery time of up to 5 weeks.
Once the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact USPS to clarify the reason for the delay. If USPS does not have your order, please contact us immediately at wellstoreeoficial@gmail.com so we can check with our suppliers. Once a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after these verification steps.
It is important that you allow delivery at the address registered in your order. After 3 confirmed delivery attempts, you will need to pick up the order at the nearest USPS office. Storage fees will be charged if not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
Customs Taxation
All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxation upon receipt. The tariff rate is 60% of the purchase value, so if the amount charged is higher, please contact us at wellstoreeoficial@gmail.com so we can explain how to file an appeal with USPS.
